Rachel- Rachel is an invaluable member of both our New Business and Customer Care teams, bringing nine years of industry experience to the table. She is licensed in a wide range of insurance areas, including auto, home, boat, pet, and business insurance, among others. Outside of work, Rachel is a super mom of 3 who loves to cook, experiment with new recipes, and cherish quality moments with her family!

Emmanuel - Emmanuel is on our Customer Care team. He was born and raised in Detroit, and just recently moved to central Florida! Most of our customers are amazed to find out that he works 100% remote, because he does such a great job servicing our customers. He has been providing remarkable service on our team for 4 years. Emmanuel is licensed in auto insurance, home insurance, boat insurance, pet insurance business insurance, and more! He serves in the Macomb County, and Oakland County area, including, Sterling Heights, Utica, Shelby Township, Troy, Clinton Township, Royal Oak, Clawson, Birmingham, and more! On his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and going to the beach!

Dan - Dan has been on our team for nearly 5 years now as a New Business Representative, and has transitioned to Customer Care. He proudly hails from Richmond, Michigan, where he was born and raised. As an alumnus of Central Michigan, he holds a strong connection to his alma mater. Dan is often spotted at local community events. With his extensive knowledge and experience, he is licensed in various insurance categories including auto, home, life, health, boat, pet, and business insurance, among others. His services are available in Macomb County and Oakland County, covering areas such as Richmond, Sterling Heights, Utica, Shelby Township, Troy, Clinton Township, Royal Oak, Clawson, Birmingham, and more. When he's not busy providing insurance quotes, Dan enjoys indulging in his passions for golf, boating, and spending quality time with friends.

Gunner - New Business Department is proud to introduce Gunner to the team! A proud graduate of Wayne State University, Gunner earned a Master of Science Degree in Exercise Science in 2023. Before transitioning to the insurance industry, Gunner has spent over a decade in the fitness industry, dedicating himself to improving his customers' health and overall well-being.

As a licensed insurance agent, Gunner applies the same dedication and passion while caring for his customers, ensuring their questions are addressed, and their insurance plans align perfectly with their needs. He takes pride in building meaningful connections, helping customers simplify their lives, and delivering personalized service with integrity.
