ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a team of three. I was recruited right out of college and began my career as a team member with State Farm before taking the step to open my own agency. That experience shaped how I lead today and how I invest in developing my team.

I’m a proud alum of Michigan State University, and outside of the office, I’m a wife and mom to two boys. Our office even has a dog named Louie who adds a fun, welcoming energy to the team.

I stay active in the community through involvement with Game on Cancer and by partnering with a local minor league baseball team for events. Giving back and staying connected locally is important to how we operate.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Alisha Alef - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
