"I was having a not so great morning to an already stressful day and I was informed that I needed certain documentation from my insurance company (as well as I needed to transfer everything to Michigan from my move). So I saw the State Farm sign while I was coming back from a previous appointment and decided to stop in to see if they could help me. The staff was SO nice and my new agent Gunner was AMAZING at walking me through reviewing my options, the benefits of each option, the impact it would have on the rate, and obtaining the documents I would need.
I really liked the ability to adjust/customize areas in my coverage to suit my lifestyle. I truly felt like I had control over what my plan looked like so it fit my needs best. As someone who is still relatively new to the area, it really was nice to have someone representing a company take the time and help me by explaining benefits of the choices, being patient with me while I made decisions (legit: the poor guy was so patient when I asked him to go back and forth on various selection or "add this as opposed to that" --> dude should be nominated for sainthood 💯! ) , and just having a personable demeanor. My fiancé and I were so relieved after visiting their office. You guys are AWESOME and we really appreciate all your help and hard work today 😊"
