ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a team of three. I was recruited right out of college and began my career as a team member with State Farm before taking the step to open my own agency. That experience shaped how I lead today and how I invest in developing my team.
I’m a proud alum of Michigan State University, and outside of the office, I’m a wife and mom to two boys. Our office even has a dog named Louie who adds a fun, welcoming energy to the team. I stay active in the community through involvement with Game on Cancer and by partnering with a local minor league baseball team for events. Giving back and staying connected locally is important to how we operate.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Alisha Alef - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
